Festival Overview
The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival spans several blocks of Paducah’s historic Lower Town Arts District. The festival features 76 vendors, including artists, food vendors, nonprofits, and more.
Visitors can explore artist booths, enjoy live music across two stages, experience live demonstrations, and take part in children’s activities throughout the festival grounds.
